Used yesterday for 20 miles only (19.7 to be exact!) Condition is obviously very good, just a bit of shoe rub. I'd wanted to try a wee bit more of a platform, but immediately decided these are not for me. Back to my SPDs, prefer the more solid 'click'.

I got mine...
I put in a Paypal Dispute after about 10 days. Heard nothing. So escalated it to a Paypal Claim after two weeks. That seemed to jolt things. Received a brief message a day later responding to my very first email, he apologised and said handlebars had been posted. As promised they turned up.
Not a very acceptable length to have to go to to get a response, and not an acceptable delay, but I was just pleased to get them and not have to wait ages for a Paypal Claim.
Contacting VO might be a good idea, but might be extreme. Would be striking at someones livelihood, so I'd want to be sure there isn't an ongoing reason their service is very poor at the moment. It does seem like it's a number of people having a bad experience though. Hard to know what's a fair approach. Even harder if there's no communication. I'm wondering if he's swamped prioritising the distribution side of VO or something? Are they still a one-man business? I've no idea, just wondering what's caused a great small business with previously excellent customer service to let it slide. For sure, customers seem to be neglected, if it goes on I imagine it that will create enough problems.

I always thought 3ttt were 25.8 / 26.0 mm clamp but callipers have it as 25.48. I used with stem above with no issue.Okay condition, sleeve has some marks and engraving is a bit blurry. Doesn't look like it was every very sharp! And mark from a guidonnet brake lever clamped on one side.

Looks like I'm about to have similar issues...
Only just over a week and a half waiting, but no reply to a three very polite emails. Googling brought me to this thread, and was very surprised, past service was always exemplary. Feel bad to and don't want to do it, but tempted to file a Paypal complaint straight away rather than wait another week, or two, or three just for an email. Shame, always been good guys. Especially the original brother that ran Freshtripe.
Did you guys ever get your parts? How was it all resolved.

Thanks for that information. That helps it all make more sense. Yes, it is that ability to shift multiple gears I don't wish to loose. Thought I'd read bad things about some specific post 2006-7 models though? I'm away this week, but will get back to looking through the old catalogues when home at weekend. Didn't make it as far as 2009 on my last scour! I'll check out those veloce ones from then.

Campagnolo Ergo Shifters - ca. 2000 - 2006
10 Speed
Centaur/Chorus - Alloy levers no carbon!Recent crash means I'm on the lookout for a set of these. Ones I have are still functional, just cosmetically wounded! Love my 10 Speed set up, so I'd like to try to find some spares to make sure I can keep it on the road for a good few years to come.
It's the model from around 2000 - 2006 I'm looking for. And ideally pre Quickshift... (although I'm not totally aufait with the differences QS introduces so maybe I'm avoiding unnecessarily!)
As it's hopefully just as spares not in any major rush, realise may take a little time to find.
Many thanks in advance for any help. -

PHIL WOOD / OPEN PRO WHEELSET + Phil Cog / Phil Lockring
Hubs
Cog / Lockring
Rims / Spokes
Built by Paul Hewitt Cycles
PRICE: £185 (including Parcelforce48 postage)
...
Hubs are in very good condition. Chrome finish is still nice and shiny and bearings smooth. There are some light marks to outsides of flanges, but nothing deep or nasty. Not much more to say really.
Spokes are all good.
Cog is good, plenty life.
Rims... only front has seen a brake and it’s braking surface is very good with plenty life. I was previously a bit worried about 'wear' at rim join, primarily the front. Consensus, is it's fine - https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/280237/#comment12727489. Detailed photos are included to illustrate.
Other than all the above, wheels are true. I've owned these since new and were built by Paul Hewitt. They have been impressive, very solid indeed and only ever needed very occasional minimal truing despite the potholes and cobbles of Edinburgh!
...
Any questions, need more photos or detail, please just ask. I’ll probably do better photos at weekend as it was a bit dark when doing these.
I’m in Scotland so have to post. This is included in price (between £10 - £15.00 approx. via Parcelforce Express48).
Cheers.
