i would not ride mavic ellipse wheels in london, i just am not sure they would hold up to the roads of london.

i ride my ellipse for couple of week so i will tell u in a years time if they still fine but they are nice for this price much better than heavy velocity

swap the tyres round (skid thorugh the rubino), and watch out for unclipping if you're riding breakless with spds, happened to me once, lost a lot of skin.
