Placed an order using the rose configurator. Bike was £2,000.
They sent me an invoice and confirmation of order at £2,000.
Then today they sent me an email saying they were wrong and made a mistake, and that they had charged an extra £2100 from my card. Included was an updated invoice.
So they just go ahead and charge me another £2100 without any acknowledgement from me whatsoever.
