If youre still rocking a GF1 the im guessing you arent shooting much video.

I had a GF1 for about three years the biggest upgrade for me was a view finder and good image stabilization. Ive now be rolling on a E-M5 for about 3 years and absolutely love it! it would be a good upgrade over the GF1 without spending too much.

Do you have the 20mm 1.7? I would say stick to the M43 range. the Sony A6300 looks fucking amazing but your lens options are pretty narrow! unless youre keen on shooting adapted. its also £750 so kind outside your budget

Id look at either an E-M5, E-M1 (a little bigger), Panasonic GX7?

Being a cross bike you need clearance for mud i guess?. This bike is running 32c tyres, but has space for 35s maybe more. Also you could easily slide the wheel forward 10mm? Im not really sure.

Would be too tight with a standard seat tube?
