Not quite signed up yet as don't have a fixed bike, but hopefully picking it up this eve (off another forum member in fact)
Having never ridden one before, cacking myself about the ride home from Clapham to Putney! Particularly down the hill and into the traffic at the lights on Wandsworth High Street. Or just flip it over and make it single speed. Hmm, what to do (HTFU, i know..)

argh - sent a PM, well thought i did, but think am still in the nursery so don't have rights to do so - epic fail...
Umm, i don't know if this automatically bumps me out of the running, but would like to come round this eve as live in Putney and try it out and hopefully hand over the cash (first fixed - exciting). In the absence of rights, feel free to send me an email tipofthetree@hotmail.com to organise.
Cheers dude, sorry about the lack of PM! Maybe it will come through when i qualify, ha

My lady's Boardman Comp fi went in the last few days.. Damn. (http://www.boardmanbikes.com/fi/fi_road_comp.html)
Not exactly sure on date as it lives in the downstairs of her building in London Bridge. It had some heavy Arbus chain securing it to the bike rack against the wall in a secure room where the bins are kept (i.e. only go in if you live in the building, or are binmen picking up the rubbish i think). Instead of cutting the chain, they took the whole bike bracket thing off the wall!
Where would a bike like this normally go? Ebay? Figure they can't be too many of the women's ones about.
