It's a ten footer - paintwork does leave a bit to be desired - but it looks great in my opinion. Dead straight, no dents or dings and I have the paperwork scans from Rourke from when it was built/ordered. Here's a photo of when I built it up with some modenish road components and it was a pleasure to ride!

This started life as as an early 1980's Professional, however I have since made a few tweaks and upgrades and it's been a great journey over the last 3 years but it's not getting much use nowadays.
List of upgrades/changes:
Complete conversion to a 'millenium' model i.e. a modern La Pavoni Professional including:
heating element/wiring loom/switch/pressurestat has been moved over (everything is compatible when it comes to La Pavonis!)
millenium group head with upgraded silicone seals
modern anti-vac safety valve fitted (will not boil itself dry unlike earlier la pavoni's)
new power cord fitted (13a iron cable, fabric), looks funky and goes well with the base...
base powdercoated grey
original rubber base included, but a modern plastic base can be fitted to this base. rubber base is much cooler, though
single hole steam tip
la pavoni wooden handles
grouphead (including piston and rod) will be re-greased with correct food-safe grease for new owner
Pic is from when it was assembled; I will get current pics when I get 5 mins. (will be sold with spouted portafilter with wooden handle, not the bottomless as in the pic)
£500 collected from Oxfordshire ideally, but can post.

I currently have a 1x10 SRAM setup with a 36-12 cassette. My shifter broke this morning, so I was thinking of replacing with Shimano.
Are there any combinations of Shimano 10s parts that work together that will stretch to a 36t cog? Obvs just a rear mech and shifters are what I need!
I think long cage 105/Ultegra maxes out at 34t? Any real world examples of going bigger than a 34t with this setup?

Here's another roast of mine from this evening. I usually roast lighter for V60 but pushed the Gene Cafe a bit harder with a 70/30 blend of Ethiopian Illulabor and Honduras Honey I had kicking around.
Fairly happy with the results considering the Gene is a bit challenged when it comes to controlling a roast.
May have to give it a test tomorrow in the La Pav...
