Yeah, it is a bit of a pain, guess google are trying to simplify things by moving towards in-built only storage. Think i should be alright with 32gb, although I would definitely prefer the option of expansion.

Although its most likely that whoever wrote this just got it wrong, it could be that there are going to be more region specific differences than just hspa+ / lte. Not going to hold out too much hope on that one though!

Think I'm going with the nexus personally. Had 2 HTCs and I'm getting a bit bored of sense now, and it seems like ice cream sandwich is a really big step forward experience wise. I'll also be looking forward to getting updates straight away as opposed to having to wait for manufacturers to release their version.

First ride of any real distance on the new road bike. Overall great fun, especially the descents, definitely getting used to this whole gears thing now. Did get lost a bit due to trusting what google maps claims to be a road - at one point i ended up on a back road that claimed to be unsuitable for motor vehicles, seemed alright just a bit of a shit road surface until half way down, at which point the surface turned into rubble on a very steep downhill!

(side note - is there any way of embedding strava rides on the forum yet? I tried but failed miserably!)

Thanks! I think overall its still sitting at just under £1000 after managing to sort the groupset out for a bit less than expected. Haven't totaled everything up though, and I'm not sure I want to! I have no real idea how much it weighs, would really like to know as well, just have no way of finding out accurately at the moment. I do think the wheelset lets it down a bit though.

Raleigh setup looks good, are you planning to do some touring on it then?

Road bike now properly finished. Only problem is I can't ride it with the keos for a few more days seeing as wiggle decided to send me the complete wron road shoes.

Next up will be making the dolan match.

Might come on the road bike if the sun is out, maybe even cycle the whole way.

There are a couple of decent links at in the first couple of pages to threads with lots more people who have bought these frames. Overall the experiences seem positive, with a few unlucky ones mixed in, which lead me to buy mine. Only had it couple of weeks, but I must say I'm really happy with it so far. Your best bet is to take a look at the other forums and then make your decision from there.
