Surosa 56cm Fixed Wheel Trainer
As part of my clearout im offering up my beloved Fixed Wheel Trainer.

56cm Horizontal Geometry 7005 Aluminium Frame ( 130mm Spaced) , Carbon Forks ( Alu Steerer ). Mudguard Eyes and Rack Mounts. Deda Stem (14cm) Ambrosio Bars. ITM Seatpost, Ambrosio Saddle. Shimano Break Levers, Tektro Deep Drop Dual Pivot Brakes. – No Pedals
Sugino 75 Chainset. And then the best bit – Not the dogs bollox, but the camels knackers - White Industries ENO Eccentric Hub (Rear) Matching Racer X ( Front ) DT Swiss Spokes ( 32 H ) Mavic Open Pro’s . The rear hub shifts around the true axle to provide chain tension on a vertical dropout frame, New Enduro bearings fitted last winter (£58) Swable Blizzard Sport tyres.
Currently set up as a 42 x 17 (63”) to spin my legs off on the 40 mile commute and cope with the hills!
Sorry to see this go but cannot justify 2 commuters any longer.

Corrado Deda Steel Frame.
One off 54 cm Custom Deda 12.5 COM sloping steel frame – Geometry based on a Spec S- works from a few years back, but with full rack mounts and mudguard eyes.

Lovely frame that was my geared commuter until September last year but being honest with the sale i have to say that a cabbie rudely interrupted my love affair with it and and the carbon fork in place cracked. Since then its been unused but is sold as seen with the the Original forks. It ‘should’ ride absolutely fine with new forks in’ Quote from my mechanic in the LBS as its a tough old beast and rumour has it like many corrado’s built by Dave Lloyd ( as many of the cougar predecessors were ) To be fair it looks classier with original forks! 130mm spaced and with campag chorus headset – just needs a new race for the lower portion of the headset

Just to clarify the wheels are clinchers not tubs - 120mm spaced. Record hubs.
I,ve had no bites no the bike as a whole so willing to spilt the wheels for £225 - at the moment Dandy has 1st dibs. ;)

You would have to be mad to ride the mtt on fixed - its not like a Hill Climb where it can be an advantage - more so a hinderence on the descents !

I will have a load of stuff for sale shortly once one is allowed to be considered genuine by the powers that be. Two complete bikes and one frame and a load of over bars, chainsets the list rumbles on!

New for this year is a non league race at 8.30pm ( yes we have floodlights) for 4th Cats and Ladies.

BC membership is essential - Racing License can be bought on the day - usual BC fee applies.
