There was a dead snipe (I think) outside work in early Nov, it was a very stormy day and I assume it got blown into the building. So sad but also amazing to see so close. Now I wonder if they live on the edge of the river and I've just never seen them (work in Greenwich peninsula).
(Photo is a bit grim - not sure if it still works to put it here)

My sister's had it since getting covid in the first wave :(
A few weeks might not be long covid yet - rest as much as much as you possibly can for another few weeks... If it's coming back in waves, you might not be giving yourself a chance to recover properly. There's a thread on here (of course) https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/353711/

Masha Gessen
Yeah read that in the Guardian, which is where my question came from I guess. https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2023/dec/18/hannah-arendt-prize-masha-gessen-israel-gaza-essay

they gained much faster traction than in the Netherlands
I read that the extreme no-questions support for Israel(i government) is backfiring and encouraging a rise in antisemitism in Germany. Do you have a feeling whether that's true? Or is just another excuse.
(Sorry, you are not spokesperson for Germany right now) -

I can understand why Israelis who oppose the way this war is being conducted aren’t rushing to put their heads above the parapet.
They're also likely to lose jobs, face detention and in some cases have an angry mob at their door.

Is it second floor level? If it was me I'd get up a ladder and have a look, check the gutter, flashing, pointing/render etc. Obvs only if you can set a ladder safely. If it all looks in good condition it's possibly just an annoying corner that lacks airflow. Do you have access to loft? If so check that corner for missing insulation, anything that makes that corner colder will encourage condensation.
If you can't see a damp issue to fix, give the area a wipe down with white vinegar for an easy mould discouragement. Let it soak in a bit and leave to dry.
