Given the @Skülly cunt thread got locked I need some advice. Am considering going to a festival this year. There is the option to rent a yurt there but for the money I am wondering if I should just buy a big tent I can stand in and a large inflatable mattress.
Any forum approved tents with standing room for cunts who like to be ripped off at festivals. (Though I will be getting AAA pass food all weekend so not really being ripped off).

Am very excited. In anticipation of the new BBQ arrival my wife gave me the Meater 2 Plus wireless meat probe for our wedding anniversary today. It’s going to be super helpful as the new BBQ will have a rotisserie and a wired probe would clearly have issues after a few minutes of turning around.
New BBQ is has now been made and will be shipped this week, but sea freight is going to be approx 6 weeks.

Sorry your holiday got disturbed. With no forum to annoy people on I had to pick up the phone and bother @hippy that way instead, it was strangely pleasant.

Poor nuud. I emailed them about the new formula not working for my wife (I still have tue old one but she had wanted small tubes for travelling with and got the new one).
They responded with the stock email, my wife has told them they ought to revert to the old formula. I have also sent nuud a link to this thread as an example of their customers not being happy with the new version of their product.
Are you looking to grill (direct heat) bbq (indirect heat) or smoke.
Some bbqs and smokers are more temperature stable and this is important to accurate cooking. If your cooker wildly fluctuates as the sun comes up, or cloud cover happens your technique can’t compensate.
My next bbq is extremely thermally stable, so I hope not to need a grill controller. but with others you might consider a PID fan system to reactively adapt to conditions.
