We have the 6.9l kitchenaid but it gets used multiple times a week for making sourdough for us and some neighbours, grinding meat, rolling sheets of pasta, making cakes, ice cream etc etc. Is it essential? Not at all. Does it help make life easier? Very much so.
It is often housed to make over 3kg of dough and is an utter workhorse.

I had the same response from them months ago. How about just tell the French to shave their armpits? Being a hairy person who can get a bit odorous I shave mine and have never had a problem applying the original nuud. New formula needs daily application - it just simply doesn’t work. I am considering trying their revised formula but it pisses me off to be beta testing their products at my own expense!

Today’s spit roast and smoked chicken
Rotisserie chicken is ongoing progress and this was best so far.
24 hour wet brine, 24 hours drying in the fridge, once bbq got up to 140 the protein went in but the temp was rising and held around 185. This creep up in temps helped the fat render and for the skin to lift up and crisp up.
This was the best so far, bird was taken off at 70 and rose up to 76 in the resting phase. Meat was moist, came easily off the bone and skin was properly crispy in places.
Next time I’ll do bettter at restraining the wings

This is what we did, dehumidifier and a foxydry airing rack. It has been a huge improvement to our existence, getting rid of a clothes rack on our landing and getting things tidied up and it is a low current option. Things hung carefully come out flat and only a few items need ironing.
The only reason i would like a crumple fryer would be to reactivate DWR on garments.

Feels like a good write up. All I do is turn up every other week and stand around holding tools in cosplay workwear. But it is immensely rewarding, gets me out of the house, collaborating with people I wouldn’t have met otherwise. I have made friends, been shown new trails and learned a lot.
If you ever turn up to your local trails and think they are all blown out, rutted, covered in leaves, waterlogged etc please consider joining your local trail builders. Or you could just do what most people do -open up Facebook and complain about the state of the trails and do nothing to help.
By getting involved we get to renew and maintain existing trails, but also get to create new trails, build features that we want to ride and also deepen your understanding of the different line choices and how to ride them.

Am rather chuffed, Dean Trail Volunteers got a Kings Service Award yesterday for our trail building work.

I am petitioning for Andrew to present the award and for us to crank the heating at the trail centre to see if he sweats.

Spoiler alert
He is offered 10 million to do a hit. He counters with 100 million.
I thought this was quite high, my wife’s view was the target is worth billions and so any issue that is being resolved by taking them out would be well worth it. I am concerned that my wife can rationalise a nice but pricey assassin.

Harris,it won't be close, good night.
Aged well. I expected the worst and hoped for the best. Fuck this is depressing. It feels worse than Brexit and Trumps first victory as the worldwide consequences are going to be nastier than last time.
I’d love for Harris to win all the remaining states but fuck it looks unlikely.

I had been hankering after one for years and really liked last years colourway. this summer my wife was in New York and came back with hers and his jackets. It’s kind of grande lux X workwear.
