Myself (on SS) and most others (geared) were riding to the lip halfway and running from there, a couple further back still riding the whole thing, certainly didn't seem faster though.
I did manage to ride the sand every time though.

Absolute cracker of a course, so much fun and a great day of racing! Was nice to be top of that little Strava leader board up there for a while, I believe Michael Butler has knocked me off now though.

I've got some Miche Altur wheels, campy freehub.
Alloy, 35mm rims, bladed spokes, 1717g. Done about 750km, barely any wear to the braking surface.

Did you manage to find a set?

The wheels I am selling (Miche Altur - https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/293993) are compatible if you are still looking.

Apparently all Campag freehub bodies are the same for 9/10/11 speed so shouldn't be any compatibility issues.

According to the Miche website they are compatible with 9 speed campy.
