Is the conical cover hitting the head tube when you tighten the tensioner screw? If so, you need more shims between the cover and the split collet.

I've just build my Pista Concept 06 up and can't seem to get the headset right? Am I missing something? when everything is on it's stiff as hell, won't move at all?

FSA do one I think as it's not a rounded seat clamp, I had thought about it but generally the frame is too small and the long compact geometry isn't for me.

Too small! The ISP cut to where it was didn't help, nor did the spacers!

Aye it wasn't one of my most graceful moments! The TT was pulled, side bulges pressed, filler and respray.

Might have to tipex it out for add pub effect!

Jack Johnson did it, he has his own company called Kingston Customs , I think he also works at Rapier Paint Work where he painted the frame. Sound guy. Great pricing and fast turn around too. He's based in Hull so not a million miles away for any Yorkshire folk!

Aye to the decals, although sadly I wasn't at all intoxicated when I whip skidded the frame into the tarmac... It actually happened before we arrived at the pub lulzzzz
