264mm I was given this by BLB, Fitzrovia and the sapim spoke calc

Make sure you've done over-over-under correctly - the first spoke that you cross is generally very close to the hub so you might not notice that you've already gone over one.

I've checked all the over-over-unders and they all seem to be fine.

You don't do all of one side first and then the other, you generally do the leading spokes first and then twist the hub and do the trailing spokes.

I'd suggest spending a few quid on the Roger Musson ebook at www.wheelpro.co.uk and learning to do it properly.

Right I've got myself a 36h h plus son eero rim and a system ex flip flop track hum.

This is my first wheel build and I've messed it up a couple of times now already.

I've laced one side with 3 cross properly, I think, and I've flipped it over to do the leading spokes on the other side and the spokes don't seem to reach the holes.

I've tried loosening all the other spokes but its still not reaching.

Can anyone shed any light?

I've got a maillard hub on rigida (I think) rims, needs a new axle and a little bit of truing but has a 15T freewheel on, if you want it. £25?

Is it a flip flop hub? And where about's is it?

Value is going to vary depending on what level it is, condition it's in, etc.

I saw that, there is two results that come up from here, both to do with that bike. I was looking for any history on the bikes and a couple of price's so I could get an average estimation. It's in near mint condition, I'll post some pictures up when I receive them if that would help?

Katakura - Google Search

I've tried that already, most of the results are someone asking about the bike's and the rest saying 'very cool' or 'there a retro brand from japan' which obviously isn't much help to me.

I might be able to get my hands on a Katakura Silk frame, I don't know much about them and theres nothing about them on here.

Does anyone have any information about them or where to find anything about Katakura?

Also what sort of price would a good condition frame be worth?
