The good news: getting a decent and fairly consistent harvest from the plot. The hotbeds in particular seem very productive.

The less good news. Got an email asking me to sort out the weeds which it’s true to say have got pretty wild.

It will keep for a long time as long as it stays dry and without sunlight. Will eventually try to regrow but even then you can eat it.

Making a big batch of garlic butter and then freezing is another option.

I’ve had the same thing growing in fresh bag compost. I’ve planted it out now so will see what happens

Btw if anyone is near a coffee roastery they may well be able to give you coffee chaff for free. Makes a nice, if slightly bulky, compost ingredient. Local roaster here is kindly giving me theirs and their hessian bags

I’m not sure this is true. Starmer has had ‘interviews’ with Murdoch and his press are allowing things to proceed as they are. Presumably this is because Murdoch and associates are happy with the direction of travel I.e continued transfer of wealth from poor to billionaire level rich and support for American foreign policy.

If it’s bitter then you want go coarser. If it’s acidic, lacking body then go finer.

Grind it finer in that case
