Took the Honzo on a trip to Aston Hill yesterday. Had such a good time on surface to air. Bailed on a couple of the drop offs as the speed bumps scare the shit out of me as my rear wheel just flies up all over the place and I didn't want to be landing in the craters . It also wasn't ideal that my rear brake was contaminated and beyond useless. Will definitely be investing in some 203 and 180 rotors.

I am looking to sell my Trek Marlin 17.5" frame and forks (they are crap but will get you going). Same as in this picture http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v680/ihaveagibsonsg/facebook_-778899917.jpg
Sliding dropouts for SS. I don't have the dropouts/hanger for gears though. I can't imagine will be that hard to source though. Rubbing on the chainstays from England's glorious mud. Scratches here and there. Will take pics if any interest.
50gbp? not sure on price?

"We swear by Almighty Allah we will never stop fighting you. The only reasons we have done this is because Muslims are dying every day. This British soldier is an eye for an eye a tooth for tooth. We apologise that women had to see this today but in our lands our women have to see the same. You people will never be safe. Remove your government. They don't care about you."

I have been meaning to give the Honzo a little review. Excuse my poor photo skills and crap camera.

I have changed the BB7's out to SLX and replaced the saddle as well. I will get round to changing the tyres soon.I really really enjoy riding this bike. There not many climbs where I cycle and I find them boring so I can't really comment on that part.
Pro's
I can ride it over it anything and it's so easy to flick into berms and over jumps.
Can do mad bunnyhopz
It jumps really well and the shorter chainstays make it much easier to manual over rocks, roots, drops etc.
I can't feel any flex in the frame. Paired with RCT3 forks it absorbs everything.
No pedal strikesSlight negative I suppose:
I was never building this worried on weight but the frame is quite chunky and heavy. Not many light builds have been made with this frame.I have an issue doing smaller jumps/kickers. I end up having two contact points at the same time. I can overcome it but it becomes annoying sometimes as it can slow you down. Mad paint skillz show this.

What shin pads are those? I think I need to buy some. Sizing is my main issue. I have XL thighs but M calf.
Just got back from Chicksands. It was nice and quiet this morning. It was just me, the squirrels and the trails. My front wheel slid out on the large berm before the step up on the 4X track, scared the shit out of me.

The server seems to be really busy at the moment, I can only apologise and as soon as you let me know this is happening I'll do something about it.
Alternatively you can let me know at david@londonfgss.com
As for what to do, perhaps a cup of tea would help pass the time until it's all working again.I've just brushed my teeth, so i'll pass on the tea, thanking you.
