Might be true, they made tons with horizontal dropouts and mech hangers but you don't see so many with no mech hanger or cable guides?

however good your outer cables are they do compress slightly when braking, having loads of outer = more compression = brakes don't feel as good.

I wish I could afford to put an 11 speed ultegra groupset and some hollowgrams on it, one day! probably when everyone else is on 15 speeds and wheels made of unobtanium.

Got my Caad10 back from @hoops this week. Sorry for the bad photo, i haven't had the oportunity to go outside with a good camera yet! I will be making the jump to a new 11 speed ultegra groupset and hopefully some hollowgrams at some point in the future but not until whats on it is worn out. I'd also like some posher wheels but the 'race what you can afford to replace' mantra is one I agree with quite strongly.

I also have a Hatta r9400 BB which I bought second hand with minimal use a month ago for £55, and have used for 10 miles, so would like £50 for it.

I've got a road race in three weeks and am trying desperately to get into some sort of shape! probably won't do another tt for a few months.

I'm pretty chuffed with 12th/100 today with a 22:13 to the winners 20:41, just need to squeeze those extra 13 seconds off and get under 22, I'm certain id have done it today if i'd geared bigger.

If your going UCI track champs spec then it probably needs a Comete/IO? and if your not then just put matching 50mm carbon on it or something, it would be much classier.

That's without doubt one of the best looking parallax builds out there, even if it is a bit vanilla.

But a Hed3 and deep rear would totally ruin it, so please don't do that.

whoever own's that must have some freaky proportions. looks cool though, even the ahead stem with skinny steel fork seems to suit it quite well.

Ha! Id genuinely buy a parallax with clearance for 28's with mudguard and bottle mounts. classic British winter training bike but with a bit of 'fixie cool' appeal.

Interesting that they chose to put bottle cage mounts on the sloping top tube model. It will have mudguard mounts next and @umop3pisdn will be buying one for audax purposes.
