I happened to walk through that way probably a month or two after you posted it. Took a little longer than expected to get back there with a bike, in the dry, in the daytime and without already being late to be somewhere else!

Surprised given last night was a delayed Christmas dinner and a couple of days well over target.

Logging calories has been a chore. Going for a set breakfast and lunch this week. Found that worked well last year.

Has anyone ever tried cutting down skate boots? Partner is after something like this, but finished. Been struggling to find much online about it and not really sure where to start. Draw a line and then have at it with a stanley knife/big scissors then try and make good with a speedy stitcher?

Anyone replaces the end caps on a non-eccentric White Industries Eno rear hub recently? I have the 135 endcaps on there. can unscrew one side, but then how do I get the other out? Just keeps winding out the replaced side as the threads appear to be the same way and the bolts only thread into the cap, not the axle.

Definitely possible to derail a weight loss diet by eating hummus. (Peanut butter also gets an honourable mention of foods I need to avoid)
