The rim on my 3 speed work commute bike has finally been killed by the London pot holes. So do you have a traditional steel ( or ally) rim or complete wheel to suit a trad. Raleigh 3 speed. 26 x1 3/8 or 590 2o size.

I need to put a bike in the post, so pretty please has anyone got a bike box I could use. The sort of cardboard thingy new one come in. Or anything to send bike through post in UK. It's a one way journey, so it won't be returnable. I live in Stepney E1 so near to here would be good.
