No hardtail will ever work with 200mm travel.
BTR make slack hardtail frames but even they offer (at least used to) to rebuild Boxxers down to 150mm travel.

Normally I'd assume a 27.5 to have been designed for more hucky riding than a 29er.
The reach on the small 29er is the same are the large 27.5... I don't think Sick knew what they were doing.
I tend to have a multitool whenever i ride, but a decent length 15mm takes a fair bit of space for the few uses it has on a bike.
Trials hubs. Splined sprocket. Optionally with disc mount. Bolts instead of nuts.
