Raceware produce various Exposure mounts for aero seatposts (page 2):
https://www.racewaredirect.co/product-category/exposure-lights/There is also the seat stay mount and a saddle mount available (from Raceware).
I've used the Mk3 Blaze daily for over a year. It's very bright, I really like the diffuser Exposure use on their lights. Never used the Pelton mode. Tried the Braking mode for a while but always wondered if car drivers really associate the light getting brighter/flashing stopped with me slowing down.
They come with a 2 year warranty, are made in UK and can be sent back to Exposure (in the UK) to be repaired, if needed, so less chance of just ending up in landfill.
Only two things to mention - doesn't use a usb input for charging (never been an issue for me) and I have found its easy to knock when in the mount (plastic mount + metal light body), so sometimes I noticed it isn't directly point backwards. I also have an Exposure Trace daybright which I'm really impressed with. Would only ever buy Exposure lights from now on.
If you don't need the battery life of the Blaze then I would go for the TraceR. It also has the better mount.

Contact the seller, tell him you want to buy it, get their address and challenge them in person/call the police and let them know of the situation. This might be difficult now the seller has removed the listing from Ebay, sounds like they got worried after you contacted them. If it gets listed again, hit the buy-it-now.

After the intial setting up (about 5 mins of adjusting) they take about 30 seconds to install/remove each time. It's just a rubber strap to stretch around the fork legs and seatstays.
I use to have an ass saver/mus guard on my work bike, but found them useless and bought a pair of Raceblade Xl's and never looked back. Been using the same ones for 4/5 years now.
