I am currently in the middle of botching a plaster job (ceiling). My prep was A+, but I mixed the first batch a little too thick and the finish is poor (first coat). Ridges that are worse than I'd like and a couple of spot cracks already. Can someone with experience suggest whether persevering is likely to make the situation worse, rather than better?

Anyone have experience fitting SRAM 8-bolt cranks to a T47 Bb version of these? Cannot work out correct combination of spacers to avoid chain rings binding on chainstay.

Any useful tips for preventing dot fluid from pissing out into my frame as I thread it through the internal routing? I'm thinking of putting a dot of blu tak over the end as I thread it through (before I cut it to length). Will it catch fire?

For reference I've found Milltag Pro slightly more snug than Rapha Pro in the past. I'm 85kg, 194cm and at the very top end of an L.
