A question about headphones:
I have approx. £100 to spend on a pair of headphones, not earphones, I've been looking at some Bose over or on the ear versions (89.99 and about 129.99 respectively) does anyone have any brands/models they would recommended from experience? I want some that are good at stopping noise leakage so as not to be "that" person on the bus/train/tube.

They were £60 of Play.com. I haven't much to compare them to, other than a couple of other sets I listened to. I've been hugely impressed. Good sound definition, noise cancelling, comfortable, comes with a good case and lead. There are also some Audio Tecnicas at around £100 that also get good write-ups. I tended to rely on What Hi-Fi reviews.
If I hadn't wanted noise-cancelling I'd have gone with a pair of Grado SR80.

Is anyone in the market for a short-ish afterworker tonight? Thinking of a 40 mile or so Essex loop, starting around 6:30. Not setting the world alight, but feeling the urge to get out there.

Think I saw you at the HH junction on your way back from inters. White Leader?
Had an abortive novice session. All the big bikes were already out when I turned up, and the one I ended up with had a stripped saddle bolt, so couldn't move seat height. Finally got going but the discipline was not great, gave up after about 15 mins.
Will try the inters next time I think, and probably bring my own.
Also briefly chatted to someone briefly in the middle who seemed to have two forum t-shirts, just before end of the sesh. Who you?
