So I was just cleaning my chain (which happens way too infrequently) and discovered that one of my links was broken on one side. Amazing that I discovered it and that it didn't lead to my flying over the handlebars. To get me up and running, will I get away with 101 links instead of 102 on a 2 speed with a 54T chainring?

Thinking out loud here, but I’m thinking about electrifying my budget cargo bike, but there’s a reinforcing spine under the BB that I think would interfere with a mid drive.
Given that the sturmey archer hub is already fucked, I’m thinking of replacing the rear wheel with a 26” hub drive. I’d love torque sensing to be built in, but maybe that ain’t gonna happen.
Ideally I’d find a crashed 26” e-MTB and grab the rear wheel, battery and gubbins and do a disc conversion on the rear.

May I express an interest in this please, if it doesn’t work out for @yetidamo

What jockey wheels are those? The standard plastic dirt traps are my least favourite thing about Bromptons. Is it a single speed thing?
