Erik probikekit was doing DA 7710 52T rings for 45 quid delivered. Mine hasn't arrived yet but seems good value. On sale for £50 plus 10% off voucher.
http://www.probikekit.com/uk/components/cranksets-chainrings/chainrings/shimano-dura-ace-fc-7710-3-32-track-bicycle-chainring-52-tooth.htmlOnly in 3/32 not 1/8. For most probably sufficient. (unsure if voucher still available. It was a few days ago).

Thanks for looking for the DA, will let you know about the Time but think I am holding out for SG or DA at this point. Only been looking a couple of days and I am sure they are out there. If needed I can get one for reasonable price when I am in the U.S. next month if it comes to that.
Hunt still on for 52T DA or SG track chainring. Will consider 50T as well if this goes on longer than I would like... -

*I had an accident two weeks ago, and it seems that my front wheel is slightly out of round. I took it to the LBS for truing, which they did, but it seems to have developed a bulge that rubs the underside of the front brake in at least one spot (very small clearance). I think I know the answer but does this mean I need my front hub to be rebuilt on a new rim? I put a different tyre of the same size on the rim and there is still a rub in one spot. (the wheel is 32h HF Phil Wood hub laced 3x to Velocity Deep V rim). I posted in the AQA thread but didn't really get an answer there. If there is a fix can anyone recommend a workshop central-ish that could fix it? *

U.K. cycle rules posted this today. Sorry if repost but didn't see it upthread.
Conclusions
So, to summarise, riding in a games lane during its hours of operation is likely to amount to an offence of breaching a Traffic Regulation Order.
If you commit this offence you can be given a fixed penalty notice of £30, by a constable in uniform. Alternatively, if you’re convicted in court, you can be fined up to £5,000.
But I haven’t been able to find any legal basis for any other kind of fine for a cyclist for riding in a Games lane.the tl;dr version is here:

A Russian colleague recommended this place for Belarus visa assistance. Haven't used them myself. But may be a useful starting point. http://www.justgorussia.co.uk/en/belarus_visa_guide.html
