Did the Norwich 100 a few weeks ago. The first 50 was fantastic. 70-90 was the worst I've ever felt in my whole life. As I was coming in to Coltishall (home) my kids were on the footpath waving and I started to cry. That was also like nursery.

47 years since my last visit to a nursery and I shat myself. These days I'm a bit more in control.
