Which 1" crown race is the larger one JIS or ISO? Trying to fit a headset to an islabike and the race is too small. Would it be possible to just replace the race? Its a Ritchey cartridge headset if that makes any difference

Sadly I have no photos for evidence but I'll explain as best as I can.

I tend to lie in bed watching programmes on my laptop. The cat finding no lap to get comfortable finds the next most cuddly thing and proceeds to settle on my bum. It's quite nice really.

First run in 2 weeks. Think I may have overdone it a little with the distance (7.3mi) Pace was decent but it was obviously too much by the last 2miles, constant stitch and technique had gone to fuck. Heelstrike and ankle tapping all over the shop.

Good to be back into it again though.

Ha, Those German 'scene' plates are such a cliche. What's the point? I drive a German car but would rather have UK style plates on it, though I do like those little surrounds you can get from Germany.

I had some on my Pug. The original plates needed changing due to a large crack so I decided to look for some legal metal embossed plates, sadly I couldn't find anywhere that sold them so I bought the euro style plates. After 6 months of ownership these was a large dent on the front plate caused by a stone, a plastic plate would have been knackered. I was never once pulled over for them and the police didn't mention them when they checked over the car in the crash that killed it.
