You're eyes do have a 'frame rate' as it were. That's why you can't see fluro strip lights flickering. They do it at such a frequency that your eyes don't notice. As others have mentioned, ever watched a car wheel while it's spinning? Or even a mtb tyre as you prin it in front of you? You will get the same effect as seen on a camera but at a different speed.

Is this the same ATDI as:
YouTube - At The Drive In - One Armed Scissor
I know the singer went and did The Mars Volta but I thought the rest of the band changed their name to Sparta:

I understand what you're saying. But some people insist on the gun, something about not being able to see the needle and it all being over and done with in 2secs. The gun is hardly ever used and they do advise people to take the needle piercing over the gun. You can tell people something is safer than something else but 9 times out of 10 that person will stick to what they believe already.

It is a track frame after all.
nothing wrong with Dolan to be honest, they're decent frame for the money.
I understand a track frame will be a bit more twitchy and responsive but I never liked riding the Dolan. Ridden an old frame of his and it was lovely. The new ones not so.
My point is that you can get the same frame for much cheaper if you don't mind not having a recognised brand on your frame. The V-Sprint frames are practically identical.

Guy needs a slap

That why I said 'frame rate', I don't know the correct term but it has the same effect in your eyes as it does with a camera.
