I asked in the any questions thread, not realising there was a thread for this. So I'll ask again. I'm not an audiophile, I listen to music on my tinny laptop speakers. But I'm starting to think about getting something a little bit more decent, but not dropping huge amount of money on it.
I want a system that will easily play music (ideally from my ipad or laptop), will take the sound from my TV, and my playstation 3.
So I was thinking something like:
Samsung HT-D5530 5.1ch 3D Blu-ray Smart Hub Home Cinema: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics
What do people think. I know you can spend thousands one good audio, but it should be ok right?
no, no no.
You don't need all that digital crap. Spend your budget on the best integrated amp and (2)speakers your can afford. It will have enough inputs for all your devices and sound much, much better.
eg. I've just pulled the basics from sevenoaks,

I am about to move from my long used spr-d to something they actually still make shoes for.
Was looking at the Look Keo 2 graphite pedals. Anyone had any experience of these?I love my keo2max, so would assume the carbon version was much the same. easy to adjust and bombproof.
Go for the red cleats and get some cleat covers as they wear quickly if you need to walk on gravel or something. -

have just joined ridiculous home espresso machine/grinder club.
I've been buying beans and getting them ground from a few average places for my stovetop, but obviously this won't make the grade now. Apart from Monmouth, who else is roasting quality beans? Any good mail order places?
