long lunch at bentley's oyster bar yesterday, was excellent. Not as trendy as some places around but the oysters, fish pie, herring, w dessert of rarebit and irish coffees were amazing. great unpretentious service too.

Veloce has been 1up1down since 2011 and I've used that and got on with it alright,

I've built two bikes with 2011 veloce and it definitely shifts up 3 cogs at a time. You just need to throw the lever further, or there's something wrong with your setup.

good pace last night, need to work on my fitness a bit to make it up exedown without a rest!
and i'll hear no word of heavy bikes while i'm wrestling my 12kg beast around.
