Main problem is the pedal weighting.yeah they don't hang down like regular pedals, but I actually quite like it. It means that if you haven't got them the right way up the first time, you definitely get it the second time. the float is really nice and loose too, much freer than keo2max.

I'm finally going to give in to practicality and start using my iphone / pad for music.
What should I get to make them play through my hifi? A proper dock / charging station or just an airplay adaptor?
I can recommend airport express for streaming music to. I use one both to extend macmini/itunes into the kitchen and stream from an ipad. Works well, on the proviso that your wireless network is up to snuff. I'd recommend plugging the airport express in with a network cable to your router if possible.

DENTAL PLAN! Lisa need braces.
You're so learn-ed, Papa Homer.
Learned, Pepsi. It's pronounced learned.Yes, I'd like to send this letter to the Prussian Consulate in Siam by aero mail. Am I too late for the 4:30 autogyro?”
No, Lisa, the only monster here is the gambling monster that has enslaved your mother. I call him Gamblor, and it’s time to snatch your mother from his neon claws!

just got back from taking the new cross/hybrid/commuter for a tool about in the hills. Might lower the stem slightly, but just about there.
TRP revox brakes are excellent, money spent on decent cantis is worth it.
Cable routing is a bit weird for a cross bike, with headtube mounted cable stops meaning you can't steer on really sharp angles without the cable hanger getting in the way. While riding isn't a problem though, just when pushing around gates etc.
and challenge strada biancas and latex tubes means a very smoooooth ride. love it. -
^ this in spades. Cuddles is an excellent dude and it's sad to see him dropping away.
while I always enjoy cuddles' never say die attitude and gurn, he's never come across as an 'excellent guy'. Doesn't seem fun or particularly insightful about much, apart from being a bit bitter and chippy. Still, he's a pro cyclist and not my neighbour, so...

very strange, seems like something was compromised at some stage.

Can't find any news on the guy's condition, hope it's not serious.
that was horrific. Dunno wtf the Moto driver was up to, there didn't even seem to be an attempt to swerve, just plowed straight into him.
great stage though, would have been better with another camera as we missed a fair amount of action. -

I get the same thing. It's very similar to something I used to get in in my hands which was compression of the ulnar nerve causing pins and needles in my pinky and half my ring finger (I fixed this by swapping to classic bend bars, not having the flat tops stopped me rotating my wrists inward and leaning on the outside of my palm)
My anatomy is total rubbish but is there a foot version of the ulnar nerve (fibular nerve?). the pins and needles of little toe and half the next toe is very similar. Continuing with this line of extremely tenuous thinking, maybe there's too much pressure on the outside of the foot, not enough arch support? I've also tried wider shoes and it made no difference.
What say you, internet bike fitters?
