Literally every argument for needing to carry multiple kids, pet and luggage AND safety can literally and easily be met with getting a boring, spacious and very safe family / people carrier. Not an SUV. Period.

Interesting, I've always stuck to the x4 stems, tightening in an X to spread the load evenly, never had issues. I assume X4 are made more durable

That’ve always been unanimously well spoken of tbh. I’ve never paid more than £30 for X4 MTB ones (ditto seatposts) and they’ve never failed on me. have also owned Easton Havens which have been bombproof too.
