Also warrior lacrosse gloves, large size but not massive, seen better days but nothing a bit of tape or sewing wouldn't fix.

RaceFace Zero LW knee and shin pads, large size, good condition. This model is not a full length shin pad but stops slightly short.

Returns are free so why not just buy two different sizes of the item you want and return one?

They obviously expect this to happen because there's an option for it in the returns drop down menu.

I'd suggest this to anyone now, who isn't sure of sizing.

I didn't bother as a medium is meant to fit up to 99cm and I'm 101cm chest. So large seemed the only option.

bah, ordered large red winter jersey bundle on the 28th dec. Got it first week in Jan, didn't fit so sent it back next day. Royal mail took their sweet time and now medium is sold out, even though when I processed the refund online, medium red winter jerseys were in stock and are still showing as "low".

Hopefully I can get a black instead.

edit: They sent me a voucher for £144, this isn't enough for a replacement so I suggested sending me a black. Got back to me in less than 30mins. Great service, again.

Has anyone used the pre paid return sticker? How long does it normally take? Its been a week and royalmail haven't delivered yet.

A pint of milk in the blender, add 2 bananas, two heaped tablespoons of smooth peanut butter, maple syrup - a delicious shake that gives recovery protein and some replacement carbs. Couple of black coffees (caffeine helps protein absorb) and a litre of water during shower. Then onto 8%+ Belgian beer for the evening (Kwak or Chouffe a favourite) to undo the whole endeavour.

I like a slight variant on this: 2 bananas, 2 tablespoons of oats, 2 tablespoons of frozen mixed berries, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, about 1 pint of milk.

My headset was needing replaced before, now it's completely seized up, had to work it loose before last race on sunday. Luckly I've got one ready in the parts box for it. Apart from that nothing else has faired badly

Does anyone else upload to multiple systems? garmin, strava & training peaks? Oh and I plan routes with gpsies.

I wish Garmin Connect had similar privacy zones as strava. I don't like how it's either private or public but nothing in between.

The Culham course today was great fun. Different to the last time. Longer stretches on the grass, some nice slightly technical downhill. The sand was dry(ish) but still energy sapping.

Went out yesterday on a club run from Oxford to the white horse. Pouring rain and wind. Lots of standing water on the way back. Not A long ride but I'm glad I went out because I think with all the rain quite a few of the lanes are going to be flooded again.

Anyone have the cross Jersey? How thick is it? Warm enough to wear on a ~5°C ride with just a good thermal base layer or too thin?
