A few weeks ago, I had my charge dish wheels stolen from my bike, from outside my house. Never heard anything from the police (they sent me a letter closing the incident), ebay, gumtree and bricklane sunday market. My gf left her bike (Argos 753, sexy as hell) outside, fully chained and locked the other night. She got up during the night to get a drink and heard noises outside. Opened the window to find two guys - one with a backpack full of tools (bolt cutters and hacksaws!!!!) going at her locks! She screamed at them out of the window(idiot), and they bolted on two bikes. Only description she got was one of them had a chequered coat and matching rucksack. One was black and the other white.

So yeah if you live on/near camden road, don't leave your bike out!!!

Hi all! Had my white charge dish (old ones - so no stickers) wheelset nicked last night from outside my house, camden road.

They have green halo courier tires, and had not long been cleaned, so in decent nick. Although there were quite a few black scratches on them. I bought them from Mark Andrews, and didn't change them at all - so here are some photos (by him, I don't have any!). Let me know if anything turns up! Cheers, Dae...

Oh, and I guess the only really defining thing about them is that they have yellow valve caps... although the fucker could just remove them... :(

Sounds like a right deal, except the part about the wheel-builder incorrectly lacing spokes to a pair of flip-flops, instead of rims. Absolutely gutted.
