What @Thuekr said. If you can, try riding an easier gear. Typically it gets real bad if you have to grind lap after lap. Core strentgh definitely also come into play here, but you wount gain that from day to day.

The rest of the room is storage. There is a room that can be locked for extra security and additional shelving. Those pics were from when I originally moved in a couple of years ago. Posters, race numbers and broken/worn parts have been hanged up since.
Its still pretty low key but I hope to bring in bigger machinery. Top of the list is a decent lathe. My new years resolution is to start some light composite work but we'll see.Its pretty awesome to have though. Like a small service course.

State Bikes seems decent at the price. Probably not light. Geometry is not the liveliest but some like the higher trail.

Greatest dad award goes to:

I hated hauling my kid around on a cheap 30 lb steel trailer bike, so I built my own. Made entirely of bamboo and carbon, it weighs 9 lbs. This is our primary mode of transportation and it has seen thousands of miles over the past 3 years. No matter if we are heading to school or a 2 hr training ride, my son absolutely loves riding it. It has allowed me raise my him without excluding him from my passion for cycling or compromising my values. It also allows me to demonstrate a lifestyle without dependence on cars. Most importantly, it’s just plain fun.
