Cycling with daughter.
I was going to go and explore the velopark road track with my 13 year old daughter tomorrow. She's fine on the roads but is likely to give me kittens. The Velopark is closed so where shall I go instead, Regent's Park laps? Richmond Park? Was hoping for somewhere where I could get her started, then maybe nip and do a lap or two on my own...

Hello.
Just thought I would pop back and say thank you for the disc recommendations. Moved my front to jagwire compressionless and hy/rd and they are after a short 100 miles or so pretty fabulous. Time will tell how they cope with pad wear but really, really pleased so far. I know that they are not the cleanest solution but bang for buck they are really really good. Got another on order for the back now but predictably nobody has stock...Thank you again

I ride a gorgeous Titanium Lynskey which I love. I also have an 853 Ribble which because of its build is lighter, also gorgeous but different. And an old aluminium Ridgeback which is an entirely different sort of ride. I think the geometry and indeed the build have more impact on the bike than whether it is ti or steel.
Hmmm, fred, I guess that you are right. I am actually in Barnet so really I should go and explore the lanes of Hertfordshire. Very tempted to put the bikes in the car and go to Richmond, just because :-)
