Desperately need my mojo back.
Had an off a couple of months back where a car pulled across me and I separated a shoulder, and all I seem to have seen since is stories of people killed/injured/assaulted whilst riding which I think has affected me. This, when combined with me getting fat and unfit hasn't helped my cycling. Work has moved from an office with showers and lockers and secure bike storage to an office with no showers or lockers and insecure bike storage. Somehow I need to get it back

How does one find a decent dentist?
I have a dead and discoloured front tooth. It has been dead for a long time (30 years ish). It was drilled and filled at the time and has been fine since. It doesn't cause me any problems at all it is less pretty than the rest of me.
My own dentist sort of suggested something but somehow I lacked confidence that they were presenting me with all the options, just what their particular surgery was able to do, which is kind of fair enough, but I would like to know what the advantages/disadvantages of various approaches are. They thought they could do something with it, but also said I wouldn't be able to eat apples afterwards :-) Money is sort of no object here, I'd rather find the money and have something I am very happy with rather than make compromises.

I (mostly) did that Flatlands last year @cgg. Was really flat. Nice ride. snapped a seatpost somewhere like Huntingdon on the way home. had to do a bloody hilly one in Wales (which was actually gorgeous, but the hardest ride I have ever done) to get my SR.

@dumps So I do. I don't know whether this says good or bad things but...
I am selling an Airy in classifieds, so I do have some experience. My honest experience is that it is very light, and very inoffensive when you don't have panniers on. I really like it. Panniers on, I also like it, it has less side support than some other racks (but everything's a trade off). I eventually just moved away from using panniers at all.

BB a fiver.
@titch, no sorry, just cables, so it doesn't matter that they are disc :-)
I am after some advice
We have some bike storage at work, basically hangers on a wall and work are interested in improving the facilities
The hangers are relatively flimsy, certainly smaller diameter than my lock, and up near the front wheel so I would like somthing to lock the frame to. I have seen pictures of basically a horizontal U shaped bar protruding from the wall for locking to.. Would anyone happen to have a source for these?
