Plans are pretty much up in the air and nothing is firm as of yet. When do you guys play? Which days and time?

Might be in for some Thursday or even Wednesday (working 6 onwards...) polo depending on weather and location of the West-lo courts. Someone kindly paste the googlemap link?

Will be in Brussels/Antwerp this end of the month 25-30th and would be nice to get a game or two (or even more if possible!!!) during my short stay. Will be based in Antwerp (bumming with my friend) and will make the travel down the Brussels if the games are there instead of Antwerp.

I am looking at this idea, but with magura rim brakes, not disc but hydraulics nontheless. Looking at the web to find a 1-2 hydraulic 'splitter' (Goodrige have some but it's not meant to be for bicycle brakes) and of course get a set of (battered + cheap) maguras to play with the idea. Anyone got a set they are willing to let go for the above experiment?

I have been giving the dual brake idea a little thought and have come up with an idea. I am no engineer, so bare with me on this one! Looking at motorbikes, they often have twin front discs with two calipers, working off of one lever. What about copying this setup, running a larger master cylinder on one lever and having two brake hoses - one to the front caliper and one to the rear caliper. It works on a motorbike, so why not on a bicycle? I am not an expert on hydraulics, but surely one master cylinder squeezing fluid down two lines to two identical calipers would give equal braking front and rear?

Will check B's lead below and see if they have it, if not then I will most probably take yours. Any chance of a pic?

If you can make do with just the one, I think I have a well used one.

Just got a Pomp as a polo bike an I must say it's pretty decent. Love the compact design and + layback seatpost gives a lighter front end + plenty of grip/weight close to the rear axle... :)

Been trying to get hold of the above but Goldtec is no longer offering them. They are however willing to do a run of minimum 25 pieces. I will most probably take 2 and hence there's a minimum of 23 slots to be taken up.

20 quid each (their previous published price) not including P&P, but should be an estimated couple of quid at most. The order will be placed in 2 weeks time only if it hits at least 20, will keep the rest and pass it on to anyone looking for them. Will front the payment and collect later, please dont bail on me :)
