Polo player was involved in a hit and run last Thursday evening on Forest Hill, bike was taken while he was being loaded into the ambulance, brown RidingInCircles polo frame, SRAM brakes and chainset, White Industry freewheel, 48h Velocity Chukker wheelset, custom disc guard.

Vittoria Rondonneur is not too bad, budget friendly, ok puncture resistance. Also worth considering Decathlon own brand ones, decent enough for the money.
Schwalbe Marathon/Marathon plus if you don't mind the weight. Probably the best puncture resistant tyres and yeah you can skid all the way through the green/blue lining. Priced similar to the Panaracer below.
Panaracer RiBMo, slick with great grip in the wet. Pretty light too. Super wear due to the tyre profile (looks like Bert's head) and wears down to a semi circle instead of the square edges most tyres do. Amazing puncture resistance too. My pick of the bundle.

Stock headset? Very likely loose bearings and dont think they pack much grease in them.
I do like Cane Creek BUT hate that their crown race is not split.

LP stands for Low Profile and it's for bikes with a chain case which might foul a conventional drive side BB Cup with a lip.
You should be able to use any equivalent BB to replace it, unless there's a chain case?
