I have Dura Ace chainset ring 46 teeth Octalink 167.5mm
The left arm came loose and has become damaged inside - buggered.

Do I try and find a left arm which is proving hard and very expensive from the u.s
Find a new set dura ace proving hard and very expensive
Buy a new set from Velosolo ie stronglight, sugino £85
Plus new bottom bracket £25

Any advice welcome

Also I wouldn't mind upping the ratio ie 48 -18

I seem to need 25-559 continental grand prix thats what I have on the wheel at the moment continental only seem to do 24-571
I'm guessing that won't fit
