Some bad person nicked the bars, shifters and stem from my bike while it was locked up (in Dalston, I know, but I was sitting outside the pub across the road 🤷🏽‍♂️, be careful out there). Looks like it should be covered by my home insurance.

Anyone got any of the following before I buy it all new?

Favourite bar tape was Fabric Hex, which is apparently now Cannondale Hex. But what’s the difference between Hex and Knurl? Apart from Hex being twice the price

Yeah just the bars, wheels (and by extension forks) were only secured with cable but they didn’t even bother, guess bars is quick and easy.

Totting it up now, it’s about £700 retail. Probably get £30 for them on brick lane. Locked for a couple of hours while I sat outside the pub across the road. Luckily I think our home and contents insurance will cover it.

No gravel this weekend :/
