Classic ALAN roadbike with Campagnolo G.S. group. SOLD

A very rare original aluminium roadbike. Frame is in a very good condition only missing the original decals. It has light marks of use only (hard to find). The alu lugs are shining like a mirror. Very rare Italian bike with a superbe Campagnolo group. Unfortunately only the brakelevers are changed for aero models by the former owner. He also changed the decalls because didn't like the original "rainbow" ones. Ofcourse you can replace the original decalls if you want. Buy them on "the Bay" for 25,-

Parts:
Campagnolo (most Grand Sport): front- and rearmech, crankset (with almost unused 53/42 chainwheels), shifters, brake calipers (with original Campa blocks), hubs, bb, headset and seatpost.

Aero brakelevers: Dia Compe

3TTT stem with handlebar and new Pelten tape.

Mavic MA40 adonised aluminium rims with black Vredestein Fortezza tires

saddle: almost unused Rolls

No pedals (have some clipless ones if you like)

It comes with new chain and handlebar tape.

Very rare bike in excellent condition. All parts are ok, no problem to use this bike directly.

Right, Romany is a private label of that bikeshop indeed. As i told before feel free to wipe off the decalls wich is an easy job i find out. Complete frame with fork and headset is below 2kg!

Lightweight aluminium VITUS FRAME+ FORK including Stronglight headset. Frame with the famous alu lugs and white alu tubing. SOLD

Frame is named as "Normandy" but the decalls are simply to remove if you like. Vitus made frames for a small number of brands. This one has a Jan Janssen headbadge. It's overal in a very good condition. Some marks of use but no dents, scratches and rust ofcourse because it's alu. The decalls are not the best at some points (see pictures). Frame has all the nice marks of a Vitus like the small rearfork, seatstay bolt at the back of the seat tube and vertical drop outs.

Imagine the frame without the transfers. Complete white with polished aluminium........ But with transfers it's a rare frame also in my opinion.

I have check the frame number (A4951 - 4C) wich told me that the frame is from 1986/87 as i thought. Make a mistake in further information as i told you "half 90ties" as i meant between 1980 and 1990.
