Got a consultation on Saturday with Jane at chapel tattoo, very excited
One of my mates has a few pieces by her. She's good.

Depends on the rider of course.
But those dirt drops are perfectly set-up for riding trails 'in-the-drops'. The way they are angled forward puts the centre of the riders hands ca 3cm behind the centre of the stem clamp. So its effectivily 90mm or so.
(loads of guesses for illustration, no MrTester, I'm not getting my ruler out)
Actually, I was thinking that because the saddle seems a long way forward on an inline post. Maybe it's the shadows and it's not as far forward as it looks. Bike is still ace in any case.

unharmful, like that all-city, you could try and get both hood lever to run the front brakes, easier when says, signalling.
Ed likes my bike! Oh no! It does have lots of spacers and a silly stem I suppose :-)
I hadn't considered setting up the brakes like that. The Shimano V was only supposed to be a stop-gap but it's actually really good so I haven't bothered putting the Avid Shorties on I have.

They are lovely indeed. Are you really going to rattlecan it?
I'm currently addicted to reading guitar building forums.
This on tdpri is suitably epic http://www.tdpri.com/forum/2011-tdpri-tele-build-challenge/263778-scatter-lees-2011-tdpri-build-challenge-thread.html
My les paul.com has some good stuff - someone building a les paul from scratch in a one bed flat only using hand tools http://www.mylespaul.com/forums/luthiers-corner/129825-barnabys-lp-scratch-build-hand-tools-only.html
kinda makes me want to have a go doing the same thing. I've built a few guitars before in my teenage years and I'm continually itching to build more. Maybe when I've got a spare second in my life again, and no unfinished bikes to finish.Hobby of mine also. I've built three so far. The Project Guitar forums were always the most useful I found.

I'd love one of their Ti ones but really would have to move to Alaska to justify it I think.
