So my mate wants to come along but wants to know if he will be laughed at on his carrera crossfire hybrid? :-) Also no ones said where in the park were meeting yet?
Also is anyone else turning up Hung over?for this^ read this.
yep, it would be spot on.
lets be honest, a track bike with risers on is just a hybrid with one gear and no freewheel...
in response to thisFirst time I'm going to be cycling this distance. One question though, would a hybrid bike with slick tires be ok for this ride?
and thisWhere there start point is on the map in post #1, I do believe.
and the hungover bit. (wo)man thats up to you. -
i dont get the problem. when you click into a thread, does one not read the thread title. i never need to look at the thread title in the tabs on my browser (chrome btw) because I read the thread title before I click into it. am I just being thick and not understanding where Skylarks problem is? if there is a problem at all that is.

@fotochap: apparently this link in the First quote will help you link up with CM once it gets rolling.
^that's a map of the meeting point off a nonforum website that also says this:
"Find the Ride!
Those who arrive late for the start, or get separated from the ride, can try out a new idea this Friday 29th. If they bookmark their smartphones with http://find.ldncriticalmass.co.uk they can track the ride as it happens."so i'm planning on going, but after the cricket finishes, so i'm not gonna catch the start. got same problem as you about finding it.
defo want to get involved as i used to cycle over blackfriars and the ludicrous spin TfL are churning out in relation to their anti-cycle changes is pretty maddening
prob won't be able to be there til 7/8 though - who's likely to be down there for location updates?
