Brakless in the snow? Hardcore.

I find riding brakeless in the snow easier than anything. No friction anyway so front brake is just gonna cause you to crash.

I kind of get them on a s3x bike or a tt bike that doesnt have sti's but having them and ergo brake levers on the same bike is kind of against my own philosophy of keeping the bike tidy and organized.

Hmm, not sure but I think he means the opposite, but of course what's comfy is the right way. So just keep it as it is.

same. We had 6 months of snow last winter so it gets ridden a lot. It is (?) the only fixed gear frame with horizontal toptube with up to 38mm tire clearance, thats why I bought it.

I've been really considering getting one of those low frames. The problem just is that they got that 30rake alpine fork without hole for a brake. There doesnt seem to be any 30rake drilled forks, just 35. How would putting 35 rake fork on a frame designed for 30 affect things?

couple of rainy weeks commuting with my rab exodus and it has kept me really as I hoped, although it gets a bit hot when it is over +10c, even with just a tshirt under it. Good stuff!
