Running 23 wide 38 deep cn's tubeless with spesh roubaix pro 30mm. They were rly easy to set up with a floorpump even.

I think max makes for a pretty good fixie tubeset. The toptube is just rly thin in the middle so be careful.

my old rychtarski is full max and wasnt harsh to ride. Its steel with relatively small tubes (compared to some alu monsters) anyways

well my mtb shoes are just tad-basic nylon-outsole cheap fiziks which flex like shit and I have no idea what a hotspot is supposed to feel like.

ive done a brevet and 170km gravel ride on mtb shoes & pedals. You just need proper insoles.

those same brakes are available as juin tech r1 or yokozuna. The yokozuna ones come with yokozuna cables. Dunno is it the reaction -cable though, but might be worth to consider if upgrading cables at the same time.

yeh my cables could use some upgrading. I've had those same jagwires for two or three years now

one additional benefit is that they are quite small in size so setting up mudguards near them is easier than with bb7 or hayes
