The geo is quite normal, it just that they are measured bb to top of seat tube, not center of toptube. Doing this adds about 2-3 cm to the actual frame size. My size 57 is actually 55 top tube and 54/55 seat tube in classical bicycle size terms. Just stick to the toptube lenght and you'll be fine. Its sloping geo after all.
tl;dr: size 57 is actually size 55cm/55cm

i got one, love it. Right now as my commuter with shit components. Next summer got creamroller on that duty and nelson is getting better stuff on her. (Silver open pros on miche lf hubs, thomson stem and seatpost, probably sg75s, profile design t2 wing as the syntace is 26mm) Light, cheap, fast, good geo. First I was gonna get it painted but naah it looks great live after you get used to the typeface and Willie Nelson connotations. Why the hell ruin a rare track frame with original paint job? Do you really want your bike to just look any other cheap alu frame?
This is size 57 with 55 toptube. First I didnt like the fact that it doesnt have horizontal toptube, but my taste has changed. As it doesnt have 1" skinny old style tubes I think the slight slope looks great.

hipster + son are making tb14 which have quite vintage looks. I think they were 490grams per rim.
