As I'm a tight bastard I could only afford this little number with a 7S26 movement for my dad's 70th birthday. Hope he doesn't send me away calling it gay, because it's a very compact watch.
At 70 your dad should be old enough to remember when men actually had a bit of class and didn't equate manliness to having a 48mm watch. Small dress watches are great, and there's loads of them on the bay for no more than their scrap gold value.
Having just dispatched an invoice for £12k, I weakened and have bought this:
It's going to be my watch for riding bikes, and general misbehaviour. Hopefully it will spare my Sinn from having too many chunks gouged out of the case.
A good plan, as the PVD case on my Traser will attest.

It got that on my latest off, but it's the sort of watch that looks better with battle scars I reckon.

Sub 3 hours out, no wee stops.
6pt reckons he could do it 19–20mph average solo so we'll be looking to improve on that as a group. I will also endeavour to teach him that his choice of unit is inferior.
People doing the fast ride one way will be frowned upon (unless they happen to carry on for a solo century warm down).1) Hillbilly - Geared

3) Object - Geared (Assuming I can convince someone to lead the other group)
4) joe smith - geared up to the eyeballs

needed some time to get used to it.. but once you do... it's nice,
always gets people staring in the train to what the time is, and they turn their head confused away cause they thought it was 6 oclock instead of 3 :)

I really don't understand why anyone would wear a watch you can't read to better than ±15 minutes. You can probably guess what the time is with more precision than that.

Will be along after the Addison Lee protest which I'd encourage you all to come along to.

Despite being heard to say something along the lines of "why the fuck would you do this overnight it's a stupid bloody idea and I'm never doing it again" at the beach last year, I will in fact be doing it again. I will do something to try and counteract the tiredness this year though, either an early start, sleep schedule adjustment, or modafinil.

Skx007? proper 200m diver so it'll handle bumps better than most budget autos.
