Coggs have some fixies OTP and are starting to stock parts. I joined YOGI cycle club and started going for rides with then at the weekends, 40-50 milers all across dartmoor and out to the coast. I have to get off on a couple of the hills but I now make it up all but the steepest ones. I even manage to stay at the front of the group even though they all ride geared. They think I'm wierd.

Went in Cogs last time I was back, not as much stuff in there as I would like but I guess that to be expected due to the lack of interest down there.

Great thread this. Even though my bike is nothing special it would still suck to have it stolen, which happened to another one of my bikes near UCH a few months ago, so gonna lock it like fort knox.

Plymouth is home town for me but living in London. Go back every 6 weeks or so for long weekend trips. Not taken the fixed down there yet but ride my BMX there quite a lot. Did Camel Trail (up and back) as a warm up for London to Brighton which I also did on the BMX. Was thinking about doing this ride fixed http://www.tourride.co.uk/south-west-challenge-ride.asp
I went in a couple of bike shops in Plymouth a few months ago asking about fixed stuff and they looked at me as though I was from a different planet!
