The "big wasp" you described in the first post was most likely a queen, out of hibernation and looking for a place to start building a nest (hence the buzzing around the beams and inspecting the woodwork). Killing one wasp at this time of year can save you having to spend the summer dodging loads of them....
I actually quite like wasps to look at, but having a wasps nest near your house is a nightmare. -
Arent they all..
One of mine used to wear ultra short running shorts with nothing underneath so his nob would occasionally dangle out.
He'd also watch everyone in the showers and make comments about penises.
He was excellent at running though he mustve been 68 years+ old but could outrun everyone in the school, he actually ran 8 miles to work and back.
I run 9 miles to work and back. Do I have to talk about nobs?

Living in euroland, I wire my bikes up as the euros do. Rear to right lever and vise versa.
When I put the fixed together it seemed logical to mount the front brake lever (dont have a rear) on the right. As its my best hand, and its the onestil holding the bars when I'm signaling.
Just couldn't bring myself to mess with what I'm used to though.
I always thought it was front brake on the right to match motorbikes. I've always had my bicycles set up this way, as I'd hate to get into bother and instinctively grab the wrong lever, either under my own steam or being pushed along by Italian horsepower.

How do I go about getting myself marinated in devil-nectar and sin?
I could do with some excitement here, it keeps raining and I'm bored.
